By using the tools and information provided on MonitorTest.net, you agree to the following terms and liability disclosures.

1. Zero Warranty & Liability Disclosure

The screen testing utilities and diagnostic tools provided on this site are offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. MonitorTest.net and VareonStudio cannot be held responsible for any damage, perceived or real, to your hardware. Our web tools do not interface directly with your physical graphics card beyond standard web rendering protocols.

2. Photosensitive Seizure Hazard (Medical Warning)

DANGER: MonitorTest.net contains a high-frequency strobe tool named "Stuck Pixel Fixer." This tool rapidly flashes bright, pure colors across the entire screen at 60Hz. If you or anyone in your household has a history of epilepsy or photosensitive seizures, you MUST NOT use this specific test.

By bypassing the mandatory "Epilepsy Warning" prompt to run the specific Strobe test, you accept full medical and liability responsibility.

3. Non-Commercial Use

MonitorTest.net's interface design, SVG assets, and source implementations are proprietary. You may not iframe, scrape, or repackage our tools into a competing application or service without explicit written permission from VareonStudio.
